  • Open the LASIK, PRK, Phakic IOL Outcomes Analysis Software program and have it running on the screen.

  • Go to the OPTIONS menu.
  • Click the Export Records button.
  • You will be asked if you want to export basic LASIK files (you have 9 choices.
  • You will be asked if you want to sort the records. If you click yes, you will be given the choice to sort by diagnosis, surgical procedure, or date of surgery. Click your choice.
  • Your Outcomes Analysis Software file will be automatically updated with the records you had in your spreadsheet into a file labeled: Intralase1234567.xls. The random number that follows the export is created so that you may export any number of times the same day and be able to identify each exported version.
  • You will find the file in your Documents folder. If you can't find the file, use the FIND FILE utility.
  • Next, double left click on the file. Excel opens the file.
  • The columns are labeled, but some of the names are wider than the column width.
